Custom Fit Blinds
Roller Blinds

Sometimes, curtains just don’t fit the aesthetic of the room…
Because of their bigger, occasionally bulkier design, they can make a room feel smaller than it actually is. Even with a larger room, roller blinds can help make the room feel less enclosed.
Which is why we sometimes point clients to roller blinds.
Also, if you have a bay window, for example, roller blinds can be made to fit each individual section like a glove. They are also great for skylights and Velux windows too.
Roller blinds can also be better at maximising sunlight for a room, over a Roman blind. Equally, you can also have both. Using two blinds on a window when the inner-facing one is a Roman blind immediately ups your style game – and it can also ensure a 100% full blackout.
Basically, a roller blind is a simple piece of fabric tightly wound around a robust roller tube. These can be fitted with a manual chain, battery remote operated or wired in to your electric power supply. And they come in every pattern, shade and texture imaginable, along with bottom fabric covered bars and pelmets for that final finishing touch.

Perfect Fit or Hive Blinds
Look at them side on and you will see that hive blinds resemble a beehive’s honeycomb structure. This means that when lowered, a Hive blind traps a layer of air between the window and your room which helps with insulation. These perfect fit blinds are made to integrate just within the frame of your window or door to provide you with total flexibility as to how much light you do, or don’t want to let in.
You can choose from aluminium powder coated frames or attractive subtle plastic frames to match whatever door or window frames you happen to have. At AW, we have hundreds of colours and patterns to show you, as well as several different levels of transparency, blackout and thermal fabrics.
Vision or Day /Night Blinds

If you’re looking for maximum control over the style and functionality of your living or working space, day and night blinds at are just the thing. Day and night blinds are layered shades that enable you to let more light in or block it out – a double layered roller blind, in other words, with horizontal strips of voile and regular fabric. They come as a manually operated solution as well as battery remote operated or hard wired. These are an attractive solution and provide complete control over the amount of light or privacy you require.
