COME AND TALK TO US
To get the ball rolling, you can phone or email us. Equally, it’s just as easy to come in for a chat. Bring in photos, favourite fabrics or even magazine clippings as a starting point. And we can take it from there, whether you’re just talking curtains for one room – or the whole house.
ADVICE & GUIDANCE
One of our team will then discuss your requirements with you in more detail and present the various window treatment options that they believe you may wish to consider. They will present a range of fabrics, curtains, blinds & other accessories that they feel would appeal.
MEASURING UP
Then it’s out with the tape measures! We will make an appointment to come out to your home or business and conduct a FREE measuring service. This serves two purposes: to use this in your final quote and to ensure your curtains or blinds fit precisely in your windows.
FINALISE DESIGN & QUOTE
After measuring up, we will then continue an open conversation with you to discuss and finalise your design – we won’t rush or hurry you. It will be entirely at your own pace – and we’ll do it through phone calls and emails, or if you wish to visit us at our showroom, then we will be happy to see you again.
REVIEW YOUR ORDER
Your order will be confirmed via email. We’ll just ask you to review it to make sure everything is as you wanted – and also to answer any final queries you may have.
ORDER APPROVAL
If you are happy with the plan – and with our quote to put it all into action, we would then ask if you’d be kind enough to make a 50% deposit to commence the tailoring of your bespoke curtains and blinds.
TAILORING COMMENCES
Behind the scenes, as your order is processed, our skilled craftspeople will then be able to swoop into action and begin working on your curtains and blinds. We will work with you to ensure we meet your expectations for completion.
QUALITY CONTROL
All tailored products are thoroughly checked and tested before we make them available to you. Our team ensures that our high standards of quality are maintained at all times.
COLLECTION/ DELIVERY
Once the quality checks are completed, and everyone is happy, then your curtains and blinds will be made available for collection. If you have chosen to make use of our professional installation service, then your curtains and blinds will be delivered when the install team visits you to fit.
INSTALLATION
AW offers you a professional fitting service for all of your chosen window treatments. Our expert team will make sure disruption and mess are kept to a minimum… and their high standards will ensure that your curtains or blinds will be hung with precision. Before leaving, they will also ensure you are happy with our work and will spend time discussing the operation of the curtains and blinds.
